Terms of Service
TERMS OF SERVICE FOR ILLUSTRATION COMMISSIONSCOPYRIGHTS
a. The illustrator retains the copyright of all artwork created by them.
b. Proper credit must be given to the illustrator for their artwork used in any form.
c. The illustrator is free to print and use their copyrighted work.
d. Commercial licenses and permission must be obtained before using the illustrator's artwork in any commercial project.CANCELLATIONS
a. The illustrator reserves the right to cancel any commission at any time due to any unforeseen complications.
b. In the event of a cancellation, the illustrator will notify the client and provide a refund, if applicable.PAYMENTS
a. Commission invoices will be sent once the commissioned project is completed.
b. The illustrator does not provide refunds for completed work.
c. A client forfeits the right to a refund if they did not cancel their order at any point before the invoice is sent.CHANGES AND REVISIONS
a. Any changes or revisions requested by the client beyond the initial sketch and colour stages will incur additional fees.
b. The client will be notified if their requests will incur additional fees.IMAGE GENERATION SOFTWARE
a. The artist's artwork may not be used in any image generation software without the artist's prior permission.
b. A commercial license and permission must be obtained from the artist for any usage of their artwork in any AI image generation software.
c. Any unauthorized use of the artist's artwork in AI image generation software will result in an invoice being sent for commercial license use.By commissioning the illustrator, the client agrees to the terms and conditions stated above.
